Jacqueline Poulos, NMD
Dr. Jacqueline Poulos is a board-certified and licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor with a passion for helping patients achieve lasting wellness through individualized, evidence-based naturopathic care.
After completing her undergraduate degree, Dr. Poulos attended a four-year, post-graduate naturopathic medical school where she was trained in all the same basic sciences as an MD/DO, as well as clinical nutrition, acupuncture, botanical medicine, homeopathic medicine, hydrotherapy, and counseling.
Dr. Poulos founded Synergistic Healthcare in Flagstaff, AZ with a vision to offer a comprehensive, integrative approach to primary care — one that addresses the root causes of illness rather than simply managing symptoms. She is excited to relocate in Prescott, AZ and is committed to spending meaningful time with each patient; building long-term relationships centered on trust and results.

Your First Visit & Beyond
90-Minute Initial Visit
Your first appointment is 90 minutes. We take a thorough health history, review your goals, and assess all contributing factors to your current health status.
Individualized Treatment Plan
Based on your evaluation, Dr. Poulos creates a personalized plan that may include naturopathic medicine, nutrition, acupuncture, IV therapy, bioDensity, or other modalities.
Ongoing Partnership
We serve as your primary care provider or complement your existing healthcare team. Follow-up visits track your progress and adjust your plan as your health evolves.
Root-Cause Focus
